Forest apiary with beehives surrounded by green woodland

    Built by beekeepers,
    for beekeepers

ApiaryPilot started in a backyard apiary with a simple idea: apiary management software should feel as natural as working with bees. No corporate dashboards. No unnecessary complexity. Just the tools you need to care for every hive.

    Our Story

In 2024, a group of beekeepers realized that existing hive management tools were either too simple (spreadsheets) or too complex (enterprise software designed for factories, not farms).

We wanted something different — a tool that felt warm and inviting, that worked beautifully on a phone in the field, and that actually made beekeeping more joyful. ApiaryPilot was born from that desire.

Today, ApiaryPilot is the apiary management software beekeepers across the world rely on to track inspections, monitor colony health, manage harvests, and print beautiful QR labels — all from one place.

    Our Mission

Making apiary management smarter, not harder

We believe apiary management software should serve the beekeeper, not the other way around. Our mission is to create tools that reduce the administrative burden of hive management so you can spend more time doing what you love — working with your bees.

From real-time colony health tracking to automated harvest logs, every feature is designed to simplify your workflow while giving you deeper insights into your apiary's wellbeing.

    What We Believe

    Passion for Bees

We're beekeepers first. Every feature is designed with the hive in mind.

    Sustainability

Supporting healthy colonies and sustainable beekeeping practices worldwide.

    Community

Built with input from thousands of beekeepers, from hobbyists to professionals.

    Craftsmanship

We obsess over details so you can focus on what matters — your bees.

    Field-Tested

Designed in the apiary, not just the office

Every feature in ApiaryPilot has been tested in real apiaries, in rain and sunshine, with gloves on and phones in pockets. We know that a beekeeping app needs to work when your hands are sticky with propolis and the sun is glaring on your screen.

That's why we've prioritized large touch targets, high-contrast text, offline-ready forms, and quick-log shortcuts. ApiaryPilot is built for the field, not just the desk.

    Global Community

From backyard hives to commercial operations

Whether you manage two hives in your garden or two thousand across multiple apiaries, our apiary management software scales with you. Our community spans hobbyists, sideliners, and commercial beekeepers across six continents.

We share best practices through our blog, and continuously improve ApiaryPilot based on feedback from beekeepers just like you. This isn't just software — it's a movement to make beekeeping more accessible, more data-informed, and more connected.

    Sustainability

Protecting pollinators, one hive at a time

Bees pollinate over 75% of the world's flowering plants and nearly 35% of global food crops. Their health is our health. That's why ApiaryPilot includes tools for disease tracking, varroa mite monitoring, and treatment scheduling — helping you catch problems early and keep colonies thriving.

We also partner with conservation organizations to plant wildflower corridors and fund research into bee-friendly farming practices. When you use ApiaryPilot, you're part of something bigger.
