ApiaryPilot is a web-based beekeeping management platform that allows users to track apiaries, hives, inspections, harvests, and related activities. Features include hive record management, QR label generation, health monitoring, and reporting tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ApiaryPilot — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are owned by ApiaryPilot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you input into ApiaryPilot (hive records, notes, photos, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of ApiaryPilot require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• Provide valid payment information

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns about a charge.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Beekeeping decisions should always be made using professional judgment alongside any tools.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ApiaryPilot harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ApiaryPilot operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
