What is the best apiary management software?

How do I track varroa mite counts?

Yes. ApiaryPilot runs in the browser on iPhone, Android, tablets and desktop, so there is no app store download. Inspections and Academy lessons keep working without signal in the apiary, and everything syncs automatically once your phone is back online.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for yearly billing?

What AI features are included?
AI features vary by plan. Team plans include report summaries and task suggestions. Commercial plans unlock all AI capabilities including photo analysis and health advisors.
Can I export my data?

Is the ApiaryPilot Academy included in my plan?
Yes. The Academy is included with every paid Starter, Team, or Commercial plan, and during your 7-day free trial. Lifetime plan organisations also get full access, and a selection of free preview lessons is open to everyone.
What about Academy certificates?
When you complete a course you receive a verifiable certificate with a unique number. Anyone can check its authenticity online, and you can download it as a PDF or share the public link.
