Settings Overview
The Settings page is the control center for your account, organization, and personal preferences. It is organized into seven tabs, each focused on a specific area.
Profile
Update your personal information — display name, email address, and avatar. This is the identity shown to other members of your organization.
Organization
Manage your apiary business or club details: organization name, location, and contact info. These details appear on PDF reports, invoices, and shared documents.
Team
Invite, manage, and remove team members. Assign roles (Admin or Member) to control who can edit data versus view it. Members have read-only access to hives, inspections, and harvests.
Units
Choose the measurement units used across the app:

Alerts
Control which notifications you receive and how:
- Email alerts for critical health issues (Varroa thresholds, queenless colonies)
- Weekly digest summarizing recent activity
- Browser push notifications for urgent items
Security
Protect your account:
- Change your password
- Manage multi-factor authentication (MFA is required for all accounts)
- Review active sessions
- Delete your account permanently
Billing
View your current plan, manage your subscription, update payment methods, download invoices, and upgrade or cancel at any time. Trial status and renewal dates are also shown here.
Tip
Settings changes apply immediately — no save button needed for unit and alert preferences. Profile and organization edits use a Save button to confirm your changes.
