Academy Access, Free Previews and Teams

Included with every paid plan

The Academy comes with Starter, Team and Commercial — it is not sold separately. During your 7-day free trial the whole Academy is open with no card needed.

Free preview without an account

Visitors who are not signed in can:

See the full curriculum of every course, so they know what's covered
Read one free preview lesson in each of the first two courses

Everything else asks them to create an account first.

Teams

On Team and Commercial plans, each member has their own learning: their own progress, their own quiz scores and their own certificates in their own name. Nothing is shared or overwritten between colleagues.

Tip: Onboarding a new helper? Point them at a track rather than a single course — it gives them the courses in a sensible order.
