AI Report Summaries turn your raw inspection, harvest, and health data into a clear, written narrative — perfect for sharing with co-owners, clients, members of your beekeeping association, or anyone who doesn't want to dig through spreadsheets.
How to generate one
- Open the Reports & Export section
- Choose the period (this season, last 30 days, year-to-date, or custom range) and the apiaries or hives to include
- Click Generate AI Summary
- Review the generated narrative — you can copy it, download it as PDF, or include it as the cover page of an export
What the summary covers
- Overview — total colonies, active vs critical, key milestones in the period
- Health — Varroa trends across the apiary, hives that crossed treatment thresholds, treatments applied
- Productivity — total harvested honey, top-performing hives, average yield per colony
- Inspections — frequency, observations that recurred (e.g. queen issues, swarm cells)
- Recommendations — short forward-looking actions for the next period
Tone & length
Summaries are written in a clear, professional tone — neither overly technical nor too casual. You can re-generate with a different scope (per apiary, per hive, last week vs full season) until you get one that fits the audience.
