AI Task Suggestions
AI Task Suggestions automatically generate a prioritized to-do list for your apiary based on your latest inspections, mite counts, harvest records, treatments, and the time of year.
Where to find them
On the Tasks page, click Suggest with AI. ApiaryPilot reviews your recent data and proposes a short list of concrete tasks — each with a suggested priority, due date, category, and the hive or apiary it applies to.
Examples of what it suggests
- Treat hive H-004 for Varroa — mite count exceeded your configured threshold
- Add a super to H-002 — strong colony approaching the main nectar flow
- Combine weak hive H-007 — low population after recent inspection
- Harvest capped frames in Apiary North — multiple hives reporting full supers
- Prepare winter feeding — seasonal task based on your location
Accepting and editing
Each suggestion has a + Add button that creates a real task in your task list. You can edit the title, due date, priority, or assignee before adding, or dismiss suggestions that don't apply.
What the AI uses
- Recent inspections (last 30 days)
- Mite count history and your configured Varroa threshold (default 3.0%)
- Harvest and treatment history
- Current season for your apiary's location
Plan availability
AI Task Suggestions are included with Starter, Team, and Commercial plans.
Tip: The more frequently you log inspections, the sharper and more actionable the AI suggestions become.
